Description: Town Marshal Davison was shot in an exchange of gunfire as he attempted to arrest an armed and impaired suspect who was causing a public disturbance. Marshal Davison died shortly after. The wounded suspect was taken into custody and charged with murder. The suspect was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to 30 years in prison.
