Description: Patrolmen Deen and Liquori Tate were fatally shot while conducting a traffic stop. Patrolman Deen initiated a traffic stop and requested additional units. When Patrolman Tate arrived on the scene, one of the suspects exited the vehicle and opened fire, striking Patrolman Deen in the head and Patrolman Tate in the torso. One of the suspects fled in one of the police cruisers. Both Patrolmen were taken to the hospital, where they succumbed to their wounds. Nine suspects were arrested.
