Description: Patrolman DeRubbo collapsed after he and his partner transported an ill woman to the hospital. Patrolman DeRubbo drove at emergency speed through rush hour traffic in Pittsburgh for three miles from the patient's home to the hospital. Patrolman DeRubbo died of a heart attack as he left the hospital.
