Description: On January 3, 2011, at 12:06 p.m., Officer Dominguez and a second officer responded to a suicide call. The caller told the dispatcher that a female had shot herself in the head. The officers searched the premises and found no injured female. While at the scene, the officers learned that the caller was on medication which has a known side effect of vivid dreams and hallucinations. There was no further action taken and Officer Dominguez continued his shift. The next day, on January 4th, Officer Dominguez reported for duty at 7:30 but took sick leave three hours later. Officer Dominguez went home a suffered a fatal heart attack.
