Description: On January 24, 2018, Police Officer Doss and his partner responded to a domestic violence call. The suspect left the residence armed with a firearm, and as Officer Doss arrived at the location, the suspect opened fire into the patrol vehicle striking Officer Doss. Officer Doss was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries four days later. The suspect was later taken into custody.
