Description: Patrolman Duncan and his shift commander, Lieutenant Delbert Roush responded to a disturbance call that involved a vehicle. After locating the vehicle Patrolman Duncan incited the traffic stop and the suspect was instructed to exit his vehicle. The suspect was armed and shot both officers as he exited his vehicle. Patrolman Duncan was shot twice and died at the scene. Lieutenant Roush was transported to a locate hospital where he died while undergoing emergency surgery.
