Description: Police Officer DeBray was shot as he attempted to stop a fight between three men. One of the suspects drew a gun and shot Officer DeBray in the neck. Officer DeBray died at the scene. Four suspects were arrested. Three of the suspects were charged but their cases were dropped by the court. The fourth suspect was convicted of voluntary manslaughter and sentenced to 16 years in prison.
