Description: Domestic disturbance call. Officers Ellis Dyal and Richard Scarborough responded to a disturbance call. They started up the stairway to a second floor apartment. The suspect fired a shotgun which hit Officer Dyal. Officer Scarborough returned to the car to call for help and was shot as he returned to the stairs.
