Description: Captain Dosier suffered a fatal heart attack while in a foot chase with suspect wanted on a drug violation. After a traffic stop, Captain Dosier and two other officers removed the suspects from the car to search them. One of the suspects fled. Captain Dosier chased the suspect, which included jumping over two six foot fences. After clearing the second fence, Captain Dosier collapsed, holding his chest. Fellow officers performed CPR on Captain Dosier before emergency personnel arrived. He was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
