Description: Agent Dykeman was accidentally shot with his own weapon as he chased a suspect during a beer raid in West New York, New Jersey. Agent Dykeman pulled his revolver from its holster and slipped and fell in an alleyway. The revolver was not equipped with a safety hammer and discharged when it struck the ground, striking Agent Dykeman in the stomach.
