Description: On February 8, 1970, Officer Davis was shot once with a .38 caliber revolver in the chest during a hold-up at a bar. Officer Davis died of his injuries at the hospital on April 6, 1970. The suspect was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.
