Description: Customs Inspector Donnelly was crushed when a 700 pound bale of wool fell on him. Inspector Donnelly was at the Tidewater Field warehouse in Philadelphia to weigh and sample the wool. Inspector Donnelly was standing near the scale when a warehouse employee pushed a stack of bales which fell over and struck him. The warehouse employee had failed to give a proper warning before moving the bales.
