Description: Police Agent Davies was accidentally shot while responding to a call involving shots fired at a residence. Responding officers took three suspects into custody and were clearing the perimeter of the scene for residents to return to their homes, when Officer Davies was mistaken for an armed suspect and fatally shot by a responding officer. Agent Davies' uniform was obscured by a fence and in the darkness.
