Description: Agents De La Ossa and Thomas Williams were returning home after completing a two week training session at the Federal Law Enforcement Academy in Artesia, NM. Both agents were killed in a head-on collision with another vehicle, whose driver was also killed. The wet roadway was a factor in the crash.
