Description: Special Constable Drummond was shot and killed while attempting to arrest a suspect for threatening another citizen. As Constable Drummond attempted to serve the warrant, the suspect fatally shot Constable Drummond in the chest. Constable Drummond died at the scene. The suspect and an accomplice were charged with murder.
