Description: Constable DeLaney went to investigate who tossed lighted firecrackers into the entrance of a fully occupied vaudeville hall. As Constable DeLaney attempted to arrest the suspect, the man drew his weapon and fired three fatal shots. The suspect was charged with murder and sentenced to 16 years in prison.
