Description: Patrolman Donnelly died in an automobile accident while in pursuit of a stolen vehicle. Patrolman Donnelly was thrown from the running board of the truck in a three-way accident at an intersection. Patrolman Donnelly was then run over by a another vehicle. He died of a lacerated liver, and a crushed chest and pelvis.
