Description: Patrolman Dursee was shot in an exchange of gunfire with three suspects when he responded to a robbery call at a shoe store. Patrolman Dursee was transported to the hospital where he died. His assailant was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to 45 years to life in prison. The two other suspects were also convicted and sentenced to 10 and 20 years in prison.
