Description: Officer Davis had concluded his tour of duty and was leaving the precinct. He was in his personal vehicle, when a driver under the influence of drugs broadsided him while fleeing from State Troopers. The suspect ran a stop sign and struck Officer Davis. He was thrown from his vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
