Description: Correction Officer Duncan was shot while taking off-duty police action. Two men approached Officer Duncan and a friend as they worked on their motorcycles in his driveway. The two men offered to buy the motorcycles and Officer Duncan refused. The men then produced weapons and announced a robbery. Officer Duncan identified himself as a NYC Correction Officer before he was shot in the face. Officer Duncan was transported to a local hospital where he died.
