Description: Patrolman Dean was shot after he initiated a traffic stop. The suspect ran inside the residence and the officer gave chase and shot the suspect after a struggle. Patrolman Dean was attacked by the brother of the suspect and was fatally shot with his own weapon. His assailant pled guilty to manslaughter.
