Description: Officer Dorman was shot and killed by 3 members of the "Howard Street Gang. The gang had been traced to Santa Rosa after brutally attacking several females in San Francisco. Officers Miles Jackson and Sheriff James Petray of Sonoma County were also killed in this incident. The gang members were lynched by an angry mob.
