Description: Sergeant Davis was killed in a motorcycle accident while patrolling on the Marquerite Parkway in Mission Viejo, California. A driver pulled out in front of his motorcycle causing the fatal accident. Sergeant Davis was thrown more than 20 feet and suffered severe injuries. He was transported to a local hospital where he underwent surgery before succumbing to the injuries two days later.
