Description: Policemen Donnelly responded to the screams of a shopkeeper whose store was being robbed. The suspect fled and jumped over a fence. When Officer Donnelly kicked the gate open, the suspect fired, fatally shooting Officer Donnelly. The suspect was found guilty of first degree murder and sentenced to life in prison.
