Description: Chief Frank Hundley had arrested and jailed two brothers for public intoxication and resisting arrest. Later that day, Sheriff Daniel and Chief Hundley were called to the train station where family members of the brothers were causing a public disturbance. Chief Hundley was assaulted after warning the family to disperse. One of the suspects fatally shot Sheriff Daniel as he attempted to arrest him for assault on Chief Hundley.
