Description: Officer Davis responded to a dine-and-dash at a local IHOP. When he arrived, he and the suspect became involved in a physical confrontation. The suspect overpowered Officer Davis and shot him with his own gun. The suspect was convicted of second degree murder and sentenced to 27 years in prison.
