Description: Officer Davis was shot and killed after executing a traffic stop. Officer Davis initially stopped the suspect car for speeding. After approaching the driver, Officer Davis returned to his vehicle to complete the traffic citation. Upon returning to the suspect vehicle, Officer Davis was shot in the head. Officer Davis was transported to a local hospital where he died of his injuries the next day. The killer was caught and arrested a few hours later.
