Description: Officers Devoid and Dorman Wheelock and were traveling on Route 2 on their way to Lancaster to pick up blood needed for a transfusion. While Patrolman Wheelock was driving, the officers? cruiser collided head-on with a vehicle carrying four teenagers. Officers Wheelock and Devoid both died in the collision, as well as three of the teenagers.
