Description: Officer De Pedro was killed in a traffic accident while en route to his residence. Another vehicle that was traveling at a high rate of speed lost control of his vehicle and crashed into Officer De Pedro's patrol vehicle. Officer De Pedro was pronounced dead at the scene.
