Description: Officer Daniels was on patrol when he heard a noise at the back of a business establishment. Believing that a burglary was in progress, he went to investigate with his weapon drawn. The noise Officer Daniels heard was not a burglar but chunks of ice falling from the roof. One of the ice slabs dislodged and struck Officer Daniels on his head, killing him.
