Description: Correctional Officer Pagan was off duty and driving with his family when unknown suspects targeted his unmarked police vehicle. Sixteen shots were fired into the unmarked police vehicle striking Officer Pagan in his back. Officer Pagan was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
