Description: Officer Davidson was severely injured when his motorcycle struck a chain strung across the entrance of the courthouse parking lot. Officer Davidson was training Officer Sennatt on the department's three-wheeled motorcycle when the accident occurred. The motorcycle flipped over and Officer Davidson was thrown to the ground. He suffered multiple injuries and died the next day. Witnesses said a white barricade used to mark the presence of the chain was not up.
