Description: Officer Evans was shot and killed while off duty. He and his sister went to check on the well being of their brother. Upon arrival Officer Evans saw a neighbors' body in the middle of the driveway. Officer Evans immediately began to render aid to the neighbor when the suspect appeared and shot him several times with an M4 rifle.
