Description: Officer Evans and his partner were responding to a call when the police vehicle had to swerve to avoid hitting three pedestrians. The cruiser jumped the curb, striking the guardrail causing the vehicle to drop 25 feet onto the expressway which caused fatal injuries to Officer Evans.
