Description: Police Officer Ekpanya was killed in a vehicle crash while responding to a call for service. Officer Ekpanya was travelling in the eastbound lane of traffic when an impaired driver crossed the center line and struck Officer Ekpanya's vehicle head-on. Officer Ekpanya was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The other driver survived his injuries.
