Description: Deputy Evans responded to a disturbance call at the local train station. Deputy Evans found two men attempting to force a woman to board the train with them. When Deputy Evans ordered the men to let the woman go, one of the men drew his pistol and shot Deputy Evans. Deputy Evans died of his wounds later that day.
