Description: Patrolman Elliott sustained a fractured skull in a motorcycle crash when he struck a safety zone standard. Patrolman Elliott was attempting to summon aid for a fellow officer hurt in a vehicle crash. Patrolman Elliott was transported to the hospital where he died the next day.
