Description: Deputy Eakin stopped a vehicle occupied by four passengers for a traffic violation. One of the juveniles exited the vehicle and ran into a wooded area. Deputy Eakin gave chase and apprehended suspect. While attempting to handcuff juvenile, the suspect pulled a handgun out from the waistband of his pants and shot Deputy Eakin twice.
