Description: Patrolman Endress was on patrol riding his department bicycle when an automobile made a quick turn in front of him. Patrolman Endress's bicycle struck the rear mud guard of the car. He was thrown to the ground and hit his head on the pavement. Patrolman Endress was transported to the hospital where he died of a fractured skull.
