Description: Sheriff Edwards was escorting a prisoner wanted for murder to another county. While en route, on a local train, another suspect who was believed to be a friend of the prisoner attacked Sheriff Edwards. Sheriff Edwards drew his weapon and shot the suspect. The suspect and Sheriff Edwards fell from the train to their deaths.
