Description: Officer Elliott was on routine foot patrol late one evening when he encountered a suspect who began arguing with the the officer. The suspect produced a knife and stabbed the officer in the chest. Officer Elliott was able to draw his weapon and fatally wound the suspect before succumbing to his injury.
