Description: Deputy Sheriff Foley was struck by a prisoner transportation bus in the parking lot of the Santa Rita Jail in Dublin, California. Deputy Foley was walking across the parking lot in his uniform when the bus accidentally struck him. Deputy Foley was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries the following day.
