Description: Officer Flemke was heading westbound on Woodland Avenue when a Cadillac touring car failed to stop for an emergency vehicle. This caused Officer Flemkes's motorcycle to collide with the Cadillac and caused both a fractured skull and a broken right leg. Officer Flemke was pronounced dead on arrival at St. Luke's Hospital. The driver of the car was charged with manslaughter.
