Description: Trooper Fox was struck and killed while directing traffic. Trooper Fox was wearing a reflective traffic vest and using a lighted traffic baton when he attempted to stop two lanes of traffic. Trooper Fox had stopped traffic in the left lane and was attempting to stop traffic in the right lane when he was struck by an SUV that was traveling over the speed limit. Trooper Fox was transported to a nearby hospital where he died.
