Description: Constable Frank was fatally shot when he answered a disturbance call in the rough part of town. Constable Frank's body was found the following day, in front of one of the houses of ill repute, with a gunshot wound to the chest. He had been robbed of his watch, wallet and pistol. Two suspects were arrested.
