Description: Trooper I Fotiou suffered a fatal heart attack while jogging on duty. Trooper Fotiou was jogging as part of his officially authorized physical fitness program when he suddenly collapsed. First aid was administered and Trooper Fotiou was transported to a hospital where he died.
