Description: Assistant Chief Froreich was killed in a car accident as he responded to an emergency call. Police report states that he pulled from a side street into the path of a loaded dump truck. Chief Froreich was injured critially when he was thrown into a drainage ditch. Emergency crews prounced Chief Froreich dead at the scene.
