Description: Officer Foley was shot and killed while conducting an investigation. While gathering information from the crime scene, an unknown suspect interfered with Officer Foley and the officer ordered him to leave the area. The suspect left the scene and returned with a gun. Officer Foley was shot in the head by the suspect.
