Description: Chief Fly led a raid on a dice parlor and broke the locked door off of its hinges. The gamblers picked up the door and threw it back at the officers. The door struck the drawn gun of Officer Troy Leveridge and the gun discharged, killing Chief Fly. (Friendly fire.)
