Description: Corporal Frazier was killed in a single-vehicle crash while attempting to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation. The suspect who committed the traffic violation was attempting to flee from Corporal Frazier. The driver suddenly turned in front of Corporal Frazier’s vehicle which caused his vehicle to leave the roadway, hit an embankment and then overturn. Corporal Frazier died at the scene. The suspect fled the scene and was later apprehended.
